Senior Project Manager - Western Missouri

Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide day-to-day management of projects including risk management, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies between projects or programs. This includes managing project implementation, obtaining requirements, evaluating and determining objectives, goals, scope of multiple complex projects, and overcoming project barriers. Your responsibilities will include networking across the organizations to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment. In addition, you will create, monitor and provide ongoing communications to appropriate stakeholders while also coaching and facilitating the effectiveness of a team by growing their capabilities to organize, manage, and make decisions. Finally, as a member of this team, you will identify risks areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns, manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs and manage project process documentation.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 4 years of Project management work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Project management Professional (PMP)
Experience managing healthcare IT implementations in both infrastructure and software domains
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Warrensburg, MO area

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
